We love it! I always take friends and family here when they visit. Sizes get crazy big so most people I know stick to small or smaller. Always get it stuffed. The three sugar free flavors are great!

To beat the heat they were the perfect stop...now I didn't get it, but the regulars seemed to have understood about the vanilla ice cream🍦 in the middle 😐. My tastebuds just weren't that adventurous AND the wait outside the hut in the heat wasn't the most favorable...which explains the customer appreciation special that was happening(free size upgrade). I thought I could handle the medium..a small was more like my lane AND for us travellers IF you let them know when you place your order they'll prep your purchase for travel. Very Accommodating 🌟

Love Sno-To-Go so much! Never disappoints. Been going for years, the sno cones and ice cream are always just what we order and full of flavor! Lines are always long since they are the best place to go, however they move you through so fast! To top it all off is the fact that you are guaranteed service with a smile! 😊

This place is better then any ice cream shop, or shaved ice place, this is SNOW!!! The exact texture of snow. And don't get me started on the flavors, they are so many to choose from. And they have way more than sno.. Check them out, they WON'T disappoint!!

So good! Love going here. Try the Ultimate Sno-cone. It has soft serve in center of shaved ice your choice of so many flavors and then topped off with marshmallow creme! Oh my goodness sakes so yummy! It's really cold too so best eaten during warm days of summer. Just go.

Loved it. SO Many flavor choices and combos. Both were very good. Ice is nicely crushed and holds the flavor (flavor doesn't sink to the bottom, even if you and up getting so much you put it in the hotel "freezer" overnight. It was still a great slushy in the morning)

Excellent location. Lines are usually long so expect a wait of around 15-30 mins. Id recommend the stuffed ice cream they sell because its amazing. Staff is also friendly and they have some great clean tables to sit at. Been going here for about 5 years now... A great spot to go to if you are from the area or are just visiting.

Long wait to order and pick up. Poor parking. Could have been more organized where line begins. Also, you divide large groups by server. It is pretty simple. Instead we are all waiting for a group of 12 to get their order. Seriously, it is 2020 and this been the way crowded ice cream places have been run for years. It took 13 min from the time my credit card was run to get two soft serve ice creams. It was a small and extraordinarily easy order.The tables were not clean. I did not see anyone cleaning them

Wow! Oh my gosh! This place is fantastic! Better than I expected for shaved ice, like soooooo delicious. Truly a great experience. And great great service from all employees.

This place has everything cold and sweet - milkshakes, ice cream cones and sundaes, snow cones with or without ice cream stuffed in between layers of snow cone. They have sugar free options and a punch card for a discount for repeat customers. Picnic tables with umbrellas are available for seating. This place is a Williamsburg classic you shouldn't miss!

My all time favorite place to go in the summer where they serve my favorite flavor, ocean breeze! They have great deals on Wednesday's. Prices are reasonable and its an all time great place to bring kids and chill with friends!

I would definitely say one of the best, if not the best in Williamsburg. I always rate with each star represented by (1) product, (2) customer service, (3) cleanliness, (4) location, and (5) price. If there was a bonus star (6), it would be for the fact that if you have your pet with you, they give your babies a little ice cream to cool off That's pretty awesome! Highly recommend. I apologize it will not let me reply to your post as the owners. I think they were called the ultimate maybe? I think. I should of been more persist too because I did leave a $3 or $4 tip. We just moved here and we have already been there twice and will be going back many times I'm sure. Could we order the same thing all the time, I guess depending on money situation at that time but there are many other choices too so you can say that makes it up. For that I have changed it. I did add a photo of our girl enjoying her ice cream!

First time having it, loved it. Very friendly staff that were accommodating to my young daughter who couldn’t quite make up her mind about what she wanted to eat. Lots of choice, decent price. The soft serve ice cream was ridiculously tasty, would recommend that just by itself.Maybe some more clearly marked parking spaces, turns out after a certain time (afternoon either 4pm or 6pm) the smokey griddle next door let you park there. Maybe some more seating in the seating area and a little bit more organised? Apart from that spot on place!

We ordered stuffed and unstuffed snow balls along with root beer floats. You definitely have to wait for your order to be ready, we waited 9 minutes and then it down poured. Staff was helpful when we asked for covers as everything would have been ruined from the heavy rain going back to our car in the back of the busy parking lot. If we visit the area again, this is a spot we would definitely try again and make sure sunny, 9pm storm doesn't roll in 2 hours early.

This place is the best!! Great prices, great sno-cones, ice cream, and combinations of the two>> the snoball!! A must stop every time you're in Williamsburg, maybe two or three times!! Cool and Refreshing!!

They specialize in "stuffed" snow cones (soft serve inside a snow cone) - and yes it is delicious, but I always order myself a large soft serve - they have the best soft serve in town (large cup for just over $4 incl. tax - very reasonable for a tourist town).Parking is *VERY* tight (the Pancake House next door allows overflow parking after 4 P.M.) ... it does take some time to get your order and the lines can be long (proving it's a popular joint!). So - have patience and keep your receipt so you know your order number (printed at the top)! The wait is worth it.I'm a local, so we've recently tried Grubhub delivery. Simply AWESOME! I highly recommend this option for locals and even tourists who could have it delivered to their hotels.
